With over 30 years of experience in direct sales, Adrian has been known for his go-getter spirit and tenacity to reach for the stars and beyond. Always thinking out of the box. Where there's a will, there's a way. Never forgetting the "Who moved my cheese?" analogy, from a motivational book by Spencer Johnson, whenever there's a road block.
 
Adrian arrived to San Francisco, California from Argentina in 1990. His first direct sales job was with Stelvio Estoracce Distributors selling Barrilla Pasta and olive oils to restaurants and food markets throughout San Francisco.

In 1994, Adrian was hired as an Energy Specialist (ES) by Synergy companies, an authorized contractor for the Energy Partners Program that is now known as the Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESA program). The ESA Program is a free weatherization program sponsored through the PG&E utility company in Northern California, where PG&E customers receive free energy saving tips and upgrades to their home at no cost.

He worked with ADT security from 1997-2001 and was awarded the #1 Sales Rep in the nation for all 4 consecutive years.

Today Adrian, through FORZA GROUP, is working with award-winning authorized contractor, Quality Conservation Services, where he worked as an Energy Specialist for the ESA Program in 2006. Soon thereafter Adrian became the #1 Energy Specialist with the most enrollments in the company. Throughout the years, Adrian began to worked closely with management at QCS sharing ideas and strategies on how to overcome challenges on the field that affected the company's quota. One day an idea came to him to build a team of elite ES's who Adrian eventually was entrusted to manage and direct in order to help QCS increase more productivity in program enrollments reaching and succeeding their company goals. That is how FORZA GROUP came to be. Today, Quality Conservation Services is a highly respected and trusted company by PG&E, resource innovations (formerly NEXANT), and Richard Heath & Associates.
