Temporary adjustments have been made to the ESA Program enrollment process during these uncertain times. Virtual enrollments by phone appointment are now available to reduce the amount of home visits. Your local PG&E authorized contractor will then take the next step in contacting you to schedule a day for the Weatherization Technician to install the measures into your home.
